S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Club at Campsmount is this year aiming higher than ever. We are hoping to launch another weather balloon to over 100,000ft and get some fantastic video.
Other plans are to get a live video feed as it goes up into the Stratosphere and in the future launch an unmanned drone from 50,000ft to return to home.
If you want to be part of S.T.E.M at Campsmount we will be now running evening sessions in R4 and the workshops from 3:10-4:10pm on a Thursday.
We have some great support from Sheffield Hallam University, Rejus Facilities Management and the Bishop of Doncaster.
