Formal exams start on 4th May 2020 and run to 24th June 2019 with a series of PPE exams (mock's) taking place beforehand. The External Exams Timetable will be provided as a document to download on this page. Year 11 students will be given their own personalised exam timetable from their Progress Lead.
We have received information from the Examination Boards that states candidates must remain available up to and including Wednesday 24th June 2019. This is due to the awarding bodies having designated a ‘Contingency Day’ for examinations in the event of national or local disruption to the examination timetables. Please ensure your child remains available for exams up to and including the 26th June 2019, your co-operation in this is greatly appreciated.
A link to the formal exams timetable is available on this page.
We have also arranged for some exam intervention sessions, to further support students in their revision leading up to the exams. Students will be able to sign up for these with their teachers.
A Level results day is Thursday 15th August and GCSE Results day is Thursday 22nd August.
There are now three slots on the calendar in late November/early December and January, March and June for exams (now called pre public exams). These are aimed at key stages 4 and 5. These timetables will be available in the useful links section of our website as soon as the dates are confirmed.
We also have PPE exams for year 9 which take place in May and June. Timetables will be put on and taken off as relevant.
Make sure you take a look at all the documents attached to this page before sitting your public exams and read the most up-to-date advice from the Joint Council for Qualifications setting out what is expected of all students. Please also note the following, specific to Campsmount students:
In the event that the school is unable to open for exams at all, we will take advice from the relevant examination board.
